I PAID Rs.300 TO THE VAO

Hi I paid Rs.300 to the VAO, I dont remember exact day it was in 90's but I can show you the VAO. I Never forget his face. I was supposed to submit a letter from the VAO, to the PF office to get a loan for my mothers medical expenses.
That ********** man asked me Rs.500 to give the letter quoting that my mother is living with me.
This is a stupid idea of one of the stupid rules and regulations which makes a comman man to pay bribe.
( Then I paid again to the PF official to get the loan, thats another *******
