It took 8 months to get my husband's passport renewed!!!

Hi,

My husband's passport got expired end of last year and he applied for a passport renewal. So lately in the month of june 2011 got the police verification. The police guy came and charged us with am amount of Rs.200.

After that yesterday only we got the passport thru post. The man from the post office asked us to pay something to handover the passport.

The thing is The amount here charged or bribed is not a big one but the way people got so used to take money at each and every small favour/work/duty done is disgusting!!
