Lost purse paid bribe to file FIR

This incidence is of date 17th april 2013, I had lost my purse on the way to Kalwa local train station some body stole my purse and consecutively I had to file an fir as I needed the same to retreive my driving license and ATM cards which were in the purse. I went to police station and they told me to get an affidavit whcih i obtained (spent 160 rs for the same) and then went to file FIR. after taking the fir (though I highlighted that the date mentioned i the affidavit was wrong as erronously printed as 17/3/2013) still the fir was taken and i was told to shell out 200 rupess.
