The regional passport office in Pune, is actually a place worse than my cattle shed. With some 800 to 1000 people in the queue on any given day, the queue management people who are there presumably to check documents completion.. are in the good business of charging some money to get people in the building. I see people getting in before me by paying this sum. I was already out of office for 6 hours and had to pay 200. Inside in the tatkal section the rougue agents took me to the anothe floor and made me pay 1000 rupees for getting passport in just 4 days. This is on top of tatkal fees paid at counter.

Remember this they are doing to almost half the people
