My bribe to various dept always go through my lawyer

Recently I paid Rs 5000 to my lawyer to register the will in Mangalore sub registrar office. As per lawyer only Rs 1000 is lawyer fee, rest goes to various officers in the office as bribe. I asked him to give the break up of each person's bribe, but he refused to give. Mostly I gave bribe through my lawyer from past 15 years for various work in Mangalore register office. Therefore I don't know the share of each person's bribe. I really wanted to stop this corruption. Can you please advice?
