My Mom was forced to pay bribe

My Mom had been to police station around 6pm at west police station raichur, after the all the documentation she was forced to bribe the police only then they would clear the flies else they would not process it further. Later on the same day they come home for further verification and they claimed Rs.200 again.

Please look into it and instead of feeling safe at Police station people are scared to to reach out for aid.
