Need to bribe the police, not wearing the helmet

Coming from office late and my helmet got stolen in office. Police checking was going. Told police my side of story. I had rest of the documents except helmet. They did not listen. First of all they will take your bike keys. They asked for 300-400. convinced and said that I don't have that much. We had a long conversation and they did not agree. They asked to show me the purse. I showed them and they took all hundred rs note and left the change.
