New Gas Connection

I required new gas connection for which govt also reuired certain docs to be present to the GAS DEALER or FRANCHISE (INDANE), ACCORDING TO THE IOCL (INDIAN OIL CORP. LTD.) IS CHARGING Rs 1910 for single cylinder without giving STOVE or BURNER BUT Franchise forces us to take stove also with us and he take Rs5400.00 where the total amount incl stove it comes to 4000.00. People doesn't have other way to go, so they are paying or bribing the officials.
