Was Driving to local airport at about 6:30 pm and had my head lights switched off as it was not that dark. The traffic hawaldar stopped me and told me I cannot drive with head lights off. Than he told me: '********** varshachi bhet de unn jaa' (provide a new year gift and go). I paid him 100 and he happily let me drive off.
