I paid bribe in RTO to get my learning licence. Well I had no other option left because when I asked one of my friend she suggested me to do this but I said no I will not follow the wrong way. She replied If I don't do this then I have to take the leave of at least 4-5 days. I am working in a private company and taking 4-5 days leave was not at all possible for me. She was also with me when I went there and one of the officials directly said this that if I want my work to be done on time without any problem I have to do so. My friend was denied from getting licence for 3 days and she has to do the same to get her licence despite of clearing all the test. I felt very bad after this but I had no option left with me. I want the Lokpal bill to be passed but the biggest question is Will it be implemented?
