I was at the mulund signal drenched completely as it was raining heavily. An officer walked towards me asked for my license and told me to get off teh vehicle as the number wasnt visible. I told him that the number plate was rusted hence one digit wasnt visible. He didnt agree as i was in a hurry. I handed him over rs 50 to let me go. He denied and demanded for Rs.100. I handed him over and moved away.
