Open bargain ..

This happened in the HSR Layout Police station; I had been to get an FIR filed for my lost RC Book. Spent three hours and ended up paying Rs 500 as bribe to the SI. What shocked me was the way an SI was bargaining in the station..all aloud and without even a tinge of shyness. I could see lady constables reaching out to local guys for some reasons and whatever was picked was tucked into the drawyers. There was no hiding; no inhibitions..I could only wonder how much they all would be earning..as I could see at least 4-5 transactions in the 3 hours I spent there.
