Paid 1000 to Police and intelligence inspector

When I was engineering student, I was getting monthly expense Rs-1500/per month in 2003. I belong to farmer family so I don't much to expanse. Some of friends says that passport is necessary for IT job because almost every companies required. So I have cut down from monthly expanse and give the passport fee.
After a month there are two inquiries comes in one from Police and second from Intelligence they don't talk about anything else they direct say give me Rs-1000/ otherwise I will write wrong report, after negotiation I have paid Rs-400/ and Rs-600/ to both of them.
