I was driving my new car which is just registered a week back. Waiting for my official documents and ordered a number plate also. This person caught me on the Signal next to the ********** Bhavan signal and told me all stories and didn't allow me to go and insisted on paying money. And after a long argument he took 1200 from me as a bribe and let me go.
