Mr. Mukesh Sharma, Constable was stopping all cars with couples in them, trying to extort money from them. My RC and DL were in order, and I didn't have the physical copy of my insurance so I requested time to arrange for a soft copy. He started with a demand of Rs. 2000, and after much begging, settled at Rs. 400.
