Paid bribe of 2000/- to saction PF Loan

Paid bribe of 2000/- to saction PF Loan in Bangalore.
Earlier the loan application was rejected four times.
But when I offered to pay Rs 2000/- the they were ready to sanction the loan with out seeking any new additional documents or clarification. I got the money with in two weeks.
