Paid Bribe
Hi,
We had submitted a tender and few days later I got call from Admin depptt. of this institute that your quote is L2, in case you include ST in your quote (which was not mentioned in our proposal),you can be L1. I ocnfirmed it from my HQ who wanted to do this projeect. When I called back this guy, he said now you dont need to reduce the ST because he has found some other problem in L1's quote. But asked me to give 10% to him since we were ready to leave 10.3% of ST.
I feel very embarassed now. It is such a shame on my career.
