Hi,
I hold a valid passport. I applied for addition of spouse name on May2,2011(with out address change).I have not received it even after 65 days. I have a paid a bribe of 5000 to an agent who promised me to get my passport in a week's time. The RPO,Hyderabad is fully corrupted and it take even 6 months to get it under normal scheme. In Bangalore my grend got in 20 days under normal. I cant believe it.
