It's about a year ago, A.E of Paradise area in Secunderabad demanded 5000 rs for reinstallation damaged cable in CT Metre. We had no choice but to pay him as he didn't want to attend the work without paying bribe as our business was suffering. I do not know the Name of AE. His phone number is 9440812880
