Paid bribe for getting my Marriage Certificate

After 5 days of marriage I went to the registration office in my home town to register my marriage. Velumani who are issuing the marriage certificates has asked for bribe.

Even after submitting all the documents I have been asked to pay Rs.2000 for my marriage certificate. I paid the same.
I called the Anti Corruption wing after this incident but they said it is difficult to help me as I have already paid the bribe

It was not only me but all other people were also asked to pay.
