Paid bribe as i don't know how to handle it.

I applied for passport in my engineering 3rd year. One sunday a police constable came to our place and verified the docs and mentioned, things will not work if we don't pay money in a smooth way. Initially I didn't understand that he was asking for bribe. When i understood i couldn't digest it. But my frnds convinced me that, we have no choice. Together 3 of us paid the money to police. I felt bad about it, thanks for providing a media to express it. I have 2 more incidents 2 report. I will write them separately.
