Had bought a flat in an upcoming residential society. Was asked to reach the Registrar Office in Kukatpally (Near Moosapet) on a particular date for registration and to go to one specific document writer below the Registrar office. The document writer was talking Rs 12000 as the charge and on enquiring the break up said Rs 5000 will go as bribe to the officials and this is the norm there since ages.
