Paid bribe to Sub inspector

Unfortunately my mothers gold chains were robbed in daylight that too near my place.Hoysala came in pretty quickly I would say and FIR was logged for this. After couple of months we received call from the police station that they are giving us back the chains(not my mothers) which they have captured after solving some cases. For this we have to go to the police station at least 3 -4 times as the sub inspector was always calling us. Finally ended up paying a bribe of almost 10 k to SI and also a fees/bribe to the lawyer
