We had to pay bribe to get our marriage cerficate one day before the actual date.The day which was supposed to get the certificate was a hartal day and since we were planninmg to travel abroad and we needed the cerfticate one day before the office personnel asked us to buy furnitures for that office worth 5000.Since it was so urgent for us we were forced to do the same unwillingly.
