Paid 'chanda' for flat registration

• Registration of Flat or Apartment
• Paid INR 20,000

Paid bribe to get my flat registered in gurgaon.. I tried to get it registered w/o so called 'chanda'.. but found later there is absolutely no escape to it...though i bargained hard to get it down to 0.5% from 1%.
apart from stamp duty & registeration fees, this has become another (compulsary) overhead. Even paying so many taxes, one has to bribe to get work done..pathetic situationn.
