Paid five bucks to jump yellow lines in MG Road

I was not aware of the "Zero Tolerance" zone in MG Road and happened to jump the yellow line to get to the other side of the road. I was asked by the police office to hand over "fine" to one of the traffic volunteers. Since I only had 5 bucks on me, I gladly parted with it and continued to cross the road.
