I have applied for B Khata Transfer in BBMP, Puttanhalli, after submitting all the documents, the case worker asked for Bribe (fees) of Rs. 500 for getting the work done, I paid him the amount, the drama started, passing buck on his colleagues, today even after 15 days, I have not received the Khata, ARO is asking the bribe of Rs. 30000/-
