I had received my Passport in Tatkal scheme and my Verification Certificate was issues by a Senior IAS officer in Home Dept. Post issuance of Passport, I received call from police person from Baypanahalli Police Station. He came home in uniform, did lot of papper work. Finally asked for Petrol expenses. I had no option but to give him the only note I had in my purse Rs 500.
