PASSPORT BRIBERY and CUNNING POLICE

Had to pay a bribe of Rs4000 for passport clearnace to the passport office and police. They said my original form is lost and i have to reapply, i re-applied and they took bibe from me for clearing it, shockingly when i checked the form it was the older one, coz i had put my address and ********** different in the older form. Its shameful that police had to do this for collecting money.
