I got a call from the KR Puram police station to appear before the inspector for verification. I went there with all the documents. The sub-inspector verified all the documents and told me that he needs verification letter from two of my neighbour to clear the verification. I did that too and even after that they were not approving. I paid them 300rs (for two passports) and then they said all documents are fine and sent the verification report to the passport office :(
