The VAO made me to run for 5 years to change and issue the Patta and unless the amount was paid he was not willing to do any thing. The whole process could have been streamlined while registering the property this should have been issued. But to get their bribe they make us to run around and at last forced to pay as otehrwise a clear instructions of NO *******
