Building a house has gone beyond the reach of the common man. We have an ancestral property which is 50x80 . We wanted to build house with more than recommended setbacks and 100% by law. They are asking a huge amount as they need to roll it upwards. I don't think i can pay so much of hard earned money as bribe. It is 3 months now and plan hasn't been sanctioned. I am totally lost and depressed. negotiation isn't working either.
