Please give me my ration card with my residencial address

It has been 8 yrs since I saw my ration card. It needed a address change as I built my home in 2003.Recently in July I met the Commisioner,( Here I wish to express what happenned there.I took my friend a police dept guy along as i am not so well versed with Tamildept boards.The commisioner withheld the police ID card and warned the police guy next day not to interfere in his dept.There is presently an enquiry into the police record for a possible transfer) Asst Commisioner too. My home is situated in pincode 78 of Chennai.This is debatable as per the ration record only.All passports have been issued with this pincode. So if anyone can come to our colony, you can see that in the same street there are different pincode and street names issued by the ration dept.I have fought for last one year more rigorously and this is where I stand now.I have not got ration card yet.In last 6 months, I have made two payments of Rs. 500 each, one becos, they lost my original card-second for the visiting guy from the dept. I am now out of the country and will come back in Jan 12.Hoping to see my ration card???
