After I applied for my passport, I got a call from local police station, Panskura, that I need to go there with some documents. The guy named in the Polica station, named ********** said me clearly "Look you guys will go to abroad, make huge money, give us something...As you are still studying I am asking only INR 1000...If you brilliant so you should understand, you cann't get Passport without police verification"..I got scared..After so many discussion and bargaining I paid INR 500.
