In the middle of theyear 2007, I got a chance to go to abroad but at that time i dont have passport with me. I searched for the procedure and select the tatkal route to get faster clearence. At the time of police verification they told me pay 5000 will sort out all your issues and passport in your hand. as the need was so urgent i did little bargen and it was fix with 3000 inr. after that they dint even bother to come at my place to verification and issue the NOC for the same...
