I was travelling through coffee board Signal towards chinnaswamy stadium and i have crossed signal for which police had cought and asked me to pay fine for signal jump. whereas i was not having money on spot and i requested him that i will pay through online but the Police person (By name : Mr. Babu Gowda(Constable)) was refusing to pay through online and insisting to by cash only even though i had no money to pay him.
We request Government of India to stop paying all traffic allegation fines by Hard cash instead it can be paid through Online. so that we can expect bribe less India atleast in one department.
