This is first time I went solo for property document registration, of course with lawyer. Showed all documents , no harassment by sub-registrar and other staff in processing the document. But at the end, lawyer asked me to pay bribe to all the staff who was supposed to do their duty.
Just felt helpless and uncomfortable hence reporting.
