My friend was travelling with me from Bangalore to Hubli. There were no births in train. TTE came asked for ticket. My friend had general ticket. He should not have allowed my friend or should have taken a fine and allotted a birth. But tte took the bribe of Rs.500.00 and did not allocate birth. He just allowed to travel with me.
