Registration Department is a hell. Every work needs extra sumptuous money. I request to Bihar Government that please remove all corrupt clerks/officers and other middleman from that offices. The Bihar Govt. again reappointed the retired corrupt officials and hence the scene is much dirtier now as those have no care about their job and the income is extra.
