Railway checker cheated me saying false rules

Getdown at Bangalore railway station and carrying my desktop monitor and books in two carton baga, which would be hardly 10 to 12 KG, and caught by the checker. Asked me to show the bill for a used computer monitor and showed it. Then said, the weight is too much and is not allowed. Finally asked me to pay 300, without bill, else 1500. The maximum u can find in a jobless persons' pocket is what I paid
