I belongs to Aligarh and worked with Jamia Urdu,Aligarh. At that time we decided to take recognition of BCA Course for our Institution, we applied for it in Agra University, First of all Agra university 's Employees took bribe from us on every step , at the time of accepting our file and getting inspection our site etc. finally our file moved to Secretariat Lucknow for final approval. We were waiting for their response but we didn't any response then we finally decide to go over there. When we reach Lucknow Secretariat then first of all we faced very difficulty to get enter to the office , finally a person came to us and he asked us for Rs. 10000 to get our work done but at last we agreed at Rs. 8000 . We gave him Rs. 8000 then our work got completed. After that our file was moved to Governor office and they asked us Rs. 5000 for complete our approval process. We gave them their desired money and then finally our work got completed otherwise our work would never completed due to this corrupt system.
