I reside in chodavaram and married in Visakhapatnam, when I go to registrar office they told me to go to Visakhapatnam and visakhapatnam they said go to your native place. Basically they want bribe so I gave Rs. 2000 and sweet box to registrar. I got my marriage certificate in half day. Not even that they did not stamp the certificate so that I had issues with visa. My point is not only taking bribe, they don't work properly.
