Register power of attorney

Registration of power of attorney to another person name does not even cost 300 Rs. When I had to repeatedly go around the registration office because of unregulated process, and had to complete my registration before going out of the place for job responsibilities, had to pay a bribe through broker. Bribe amounted to 3000 Rs for this registration.

I am still not happy about it but if the process is defined properly I would not have paid this bribe. Wish to stop doing this further ahead.
