It so happened that I wanted to register a License agreement for my property to let out. I went to registration office and enquired about it but the official looked at me intensely and then asked me to fill a form and take a Number ie.stay in que for tomorrow.I put the xerox of Agreement in the que and went away. Next day when my No. was due the official stood up and introduced me to one of the agents out there asking him to help me out. I was taken unawares and had kneel down before the *******
