I had bought a flat and had registered the deal in the registration office. 2 weeks after that people from the revenue dept came to my flat to check if the details in the sale deed was good. Three people had come and no check was done. They were discussing about the problems that people are having if it is found that there is a problem with the stated facts even if it is for a feet of extra balcony etc.. then they asked that they would need 10k to clear the registration, and finally accepted for 5k. Paid it on the spot :) got my registration cleared. Happy *******
