I was returning home from nizampet road at 08:50PM, while at the junction there was a constable with a towing vehicle stopped and asked for licence which I did not have he said to pay Rs500/- which I did not have and he took aside and asked a Rs100/- and told he would leave me if I paid. I had to pay him the bribe.
