The social welfare department officer tore all my income certificates and called me....he tld me tht u dont have any income certificates pinned to the form and tht the scholarship is dismissed...and the guy next to him tld me tht if u want ur scholarship u must pay around 1500rs...there was no other chance to me...i paid to him...thn there was smile on social welfare dept officer....while i was going...he tld me...if u wnt any help in social welfare dept i will do it...now i smiled at him
