Shame on my birth in this country

This is not a story but my bad experience with this system. i want to go abroad for further study and i required birth certificatefor passport. my badluck i dont find my birth date record in phc,police station and civil hospital.then i aproach cmo office they told me to submit a file with more a dozen certificate regagarding my birth proof. after then they will issue birth certificate taking minimum 4 month. after some day i aproched to a retired CMO from same office give him 6000Rs. and he promised to issue my birth certificate within 4 days. god help this country.
