We were touring from USA with our young children. we stood in line to visit Rastrapati Bhavan. When our turn came the guard insisted on giving him some money or he would not let us get in. I told him that this is one of the highest authority location where a bribe is nothing but a shame. it did not work and we had to pay him. My children left with a very bad impression of the indian government.
