Shamelessly demanding the bribe

I was a student in IT-BHU,and had to get the police verification done for passport issuance. This police guy came and after seeing all my documents demanded 1000INR. He simply said" If you dont pay we will not pass the verifiaction". Left with no option I had to pay him *******
